ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:

Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation page or email, does not constitute our acceptance of such order. Shophandles reserves the right to cancel any order as we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We also reserve the right to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order. Shophandles reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, you will be notified of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. In any event that customer is charged by omission for products that otherwise are or become undeliverable for any reason, the charged amount will be promptly returned to the card on file according to our refund policy below and customer will be notified via email supplied by customer with the order. Customer can choose to cancel the order for items that are backordered as long as they have not been shipped.

    TO ORDER ONLINE

    Place your orders online by adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding to the check-out pages. Please have your credit card handy as details that can only be supplied when the card is physically present will be required of you for completing the order.

    TO ORDER BY FAX

    Select the items you wish to buy by clicking "Add to Cart" from the product pages. This takes you to the shopping cart page. When you have selected everything you need click "check out." This takes you to the check-out page. Fill in all of the fields and print out this page, then click "continue." This takes you to the final checkout page. Fill in all the fields including your email address and print out this page.

    Before faxing the orders, please ensure that your payment information includes the following:

    PRICING POLICY

    Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    Products are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of order however this might not be the case for some products. Please allow up to 5 business days for your orders to ship. Also please note that for some oversized products, individually customizable products and products that have to be directly imported, it might take longer for the items to be shipped.

    If you require delayed shipping later than the specified shipping period for a product, please contact our Customer Service Department for special arrangements.

    We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. Shipping and delivery cost is automatically calculated for certain products based on a few factors including method of delivery, weight of the product and delivery destination and for others a flat shipping fee is charged. Please refer to the product pages for more information.

    Customers may specify shipment service (i.e. UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select). Please note that there is no guarantee that the specific carrier chosen will be used. In cases where a different carrier than offered on the checkout pages is used, Shophandles will not charge any additional shipping fees for the same level of shipping service.

    Please visit the order tracking page provided to you in your shipping confirmation email for shipping details including tracking numbers where available.

    Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, the travel time is no longer in our control. If your package has been delayed in transit due to unexpected conditions, you will need to call the carrier for details (not Shophandles).

    If you suspect the package was lost or delivered to the wrong address, please email our Customer Service Department to get the fastest response.

    RETURN POLICY

    Shophandles must be informed of any delivery problems, DOA (dead on arrival) and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, shipping damage or defective product) within 7 days from receipt of product by email; rma@shophandles.com

    For returns due to all other reasons, all products* except the ones for which restocking fees are charged may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for refund.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee will apply to certain products including computers and computer accessories, cameras, all electronics , small appliances and GPS products. For these products, All refused or open packages (with all original accessories and extras packed with it upon shipment from our wharehouse) will be accepted back in stock and credit will be processed within 7 (seven) business days from receipt of the merchandise less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. Please note that there are no exceptions to this rule. Also note that these products must be received by Shophandles within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

    Customer is responsible for the following:
  • Matching serial numbers, where applicable, to the invoice
  • Proper packaging of the returned product
  • All shipping charges to return the product to Shophandles
  • Keeping to specified RMA and warranty time-frames
  • Ensuring all original accessories and extras are returned with product
  • Providing reason for return and detailed description of the problem.
  • Ensuring RMA number is visible on the shipping label (on shipping label only, do not write on the retail box).


  • Customers are advised to use a carrier with tracking capability, as they are fully responsible for shipping the (returned) package.

    Although manufacturer warranty replacement remains in effect for the manufacturer specified period from purchase, no refunds or returns to Shophandles will be allowed after 30 days from date of invoice, even with an RMA number obtained. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

    Refunds cannot be greater than the item's original purchase price. Returns for refund for certain products as stated above will be accessed a 15% restocking fee except for defective products (Please see return policy for defective products below).

    CPUs must be returned within 14 days from date of invoice for refund. All refunds on CPUs are made at current market value and are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

    Software and Software licenses will only be accepted in its original, sealed and unopened packaging. Opened Retail software will NOT be accepted back. OEM Software is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM version software is intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. Shophandles is not responsible for any Software incompatibility and/or support. Software incompatibility does not qualify software as damaged or defective.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where restocking fee applies.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    All returns will be checked against the reasons provided by the customer and refund and replacement decisions made based on this. If products are found to be defective due to no fault of the customer, a refund or exchange will be processed according to our refund and exchange polcy.

    As a general rule, Shophandles will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. Shophandles does not guarantee a specific delivery service to any specific area where our carriers cannot service.

    Typically returns are processed by the RMA department within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Processing time may vary for different products. A status email will be sent to the customer when returns or refunds have been fully processed.

    Any incorrect or missing item in the shipment, or a damaged package received by Purchaser must be reported to our customer service within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving the products.

    Where there is shipping damage, we will process a claim on the customer’s behalf with the carrier. After carrier processes the claim and we receive documentation confirming that the claim is not denied, we can proceed with the refund or sending a replacement (carrier may request a damage evaluation of the original package in order to proceed with the claim). Purchaser can check the status of the claim by calling either to the carrier and providing the tracking number (can be obtained from our web-site) or sending an email to our Customer Service Department.

    Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for international shipments.

    REFUND POLICY

    Please allow up to 15 business days for refunds to reflect on your credit card. If by this time the funds have still not shown up on your card, please contact our Customer Service Department via email or chat.
